Q. What reliability tests do your LED lighting products undergo?
Each lighting unit is validated through laboratory testing, including:
Photometry test
Temperature cycle test
Spraying test (water exposure)
Vibration test (vehicle simulation)
Sealing test — dust, corrosion, humidity
Salt spraying (corrosion-resistance)
These tests ensure long-term durability for mobility applications.
OEM/ODM Cooperation & Business Terms
Q. Do you provide OEM or ODM customized lighting solutions?
Yes. BRIGHTSTAR provides full OEM/ODM services, including optical design, housing development, electronics customization, tooling, branding and packaging. We support both small-batch prototyping and mass production.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
For small-volume or sample orders: Credit card / PayPal
For regular OEM/ODM mass production: T/T (bank transfer) is recommended.
Q. What shipping methods are available?
We provide multiple logistics options:
Express: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT
Air freight
Sea freight for large professional orders
All shipments depart from China with global delivery support.

Q. What is your warranty policy for mobility lighting products?
BRIGHTSTAR offers a limited warranty:
12 months for standard LED lighting
18 months for e-Bike / low-voltage modules
Warranty does not apply to:
Disassembled or modified products
Damage caused by incompatible controllers, wiring changes or non-recommended installation
