My motorcycle auxiliary light isn't working. Should I disassemble it and troubleshoot it?
No! BRIGHTSTARTW LED lights for a motorcycle are precision assembled in such a way to ensure no moisture can get into the light. Disassembly can destroy this seal and will void the warranty.

What problems with customers’ modifying BRIGHTSTAR vehicle lights by themselves?
1. BRIGHTSTAR only manufactures legal vehicle lights that comply with E-MARK & DOT regulations. Therefore, all our vehicle lights meet the brightness, functions, and standards required by regulatory specifications.
2. For BRIGHTSTAR's standard vehicle lights, input the correct current and voltage, then do a test. If the vehicle lights operate correctly, we judge that vehicle lights are in good working condition without any defects.
3. Customers installs the control system (such as CAN Bus, dimmer… etc.) by themselves, or added other special equipment into vehicle lights, it is the customer's own modification behavior (make a change). Regardless of whether this modification affects the function and operation of BRIGHTSTAR standard vehicle lights, resulting in conflicts, incompatibilities or malfunctions, customers assume the risk. BRIGHTSTAR is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle lights caused by customers' own modifications.
4. If customers need specific requirements for adding special equipment of the vehicle lights, BRIGHTSTAR is willing to provide customised service. Please contact our sales representatives or engineering department directly, and we will create a customised project that meets your needs.
I connected my light to my car and it doesn't work. Now what?
Please check the following items step by step can help in troubleshooting.(1)Try connecting the wires of the lights directly to a fully charged car battery. If the light works then there is a problem between the battery connection and the light.(2)Potential problems include a faulty switch, faulty relay, insufficient thickness wire, and improper grounding.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long is the lead time?
Samples often need 3-5 days. Normally our production period is about 14-25 days. In the case of client special request, we will speed up the production progress against the project time table provided before production.
What are shipping carriers?
We ship all goods via CAA Express, Sea cargo and air cargo from China, if shipping by CAA Express will pass the shipment to TNT/Fedex/UPS/DHL Express when goods arrive your country.
What is your warranty policy?
BRIGHTSTARTW warrants that each Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship ("Limited Warranty"). 1 Year Limited Warranty based subject on the terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy.
